Ruby Canyon Engineering Expands into Mexico’s Greenhouse Gas Market as EMA Accredited Verification Body

Ruby Canyon Engineering, Inc. (RCE), a leading North American greenhouse gas (GHG) consulting and verification firm, has recently been accredited by the Entidad Mexicana de Acreditación (EMA) as a verification body for GHG inventories and emission reduction projects for Mexican GHG programs. The EMA accreditation allows RCE to broaden its services in Mexico to include the new mandatory GHG reporting regulation (RENE), as well as project and organizational verifications under voluntary programs such as Programma GEI México. RCE is the 8th organization to be accredited under EMA’s greenhouse gas verification/validation program, and the first company based in the U.S.

Michael Cote, President of Ruby Canyon Engineering, says, “We are excited to expand our greenhouse gas services into Mexico and plan to provide our clients with the same high-quality service as we have in the U.S. and Canada.”
